I was super stoked to capture Brittney & Satnam’s SURPRISE wedding!! These two have been together for about 12 years, so you knowwww their wedding was full of romance, emotion, and so much joy.

Their guests showed up to Creekside Events in Chehalis, Washington, expecting an engagement party. What they got was so much better!

Absolutely none of their guests knew they were showing up to their friends’ wedding. Brittney & Satnam got engaged in January of 2020, so their wedding plans were seriously affected by the pandemic! Everyone thought this was just a long overdue engagement party.

Once everyone arrived, Brittney & Satnam pulled their closest friends aside and asked them to be a part of their big day. As their bridesmaids and groomsmen opened their gifts, they realized that the wedding was a lot sooner than expected. Like, it was in 30 minutes!

Next Brittney & Satnam gathered their immediate family members and told them the great news. Of course there were so many happy tears.

Once it was announced to them, they told the guests, the bride changed into her gorgeous dress, and the day turned out to be a beautiful wedding!

Brittney + Satnam had some great decorations for their surprise wedding. Their centerpieces were so cute with the lamps and bright, colorful flowers! I loved all the colors in their decoration. From the cupcakes to the hanging flowers, the decor totally reflected the happiness in the air.

Creekside Events is a wedding venue in Chehalis, Washington, about an hour from both Seattle and Portland. It’s also right off of I-5, so the location is perfectly centralized for traveling guests!

You can choose to have an outdoor celebration in the romantic garden terrace, or in the gazebo among the trees and babbling brook. If you want to host your guests indoors, their grand ballroom is gorgeous and seats 200 people.

This cute gazebo is heated, which is perfect for our crazy PNW weather!

My heart SWELLS when I look at the way Satnam & Brittney smile at each other. These two have such a chill, joyful, and goofy relationship. The kind of love that everyone dreams about finding someday!
